House Accounts -What’s the perk?

Avoid transactions on regular visits – walk out when you’re ready to leave! Members will be given the option to open a house account - simply sign your tab, and exit. Any tab closed out on a house account will include an automatic 20% gratuity. In order to open a house account, you must complete a credit card authorization form to be held on site by Management. House account balances will be charged in full on the 1st business day of each month for the prior month, and receipts will be emailed to the address on file.

Members Only Reservations - What’s the perk?

Members will have access to a Members Only Hotline - to reserve a table during regular business hours, you will be given an exclusive phone number to use to contact our host staff to reserve your space. In order for us to accommodate your requests, we ask for a minimum of 1-hour notification prior to your expected arrival. Without proper notice, seating cannot be guaranteed and you may experience delays due to current availability.

Exclusive Members Only Events & Hours - What’s the perk?

Members Only Hours will be held once monthly from 7-10pm, following the Tasting Event. These dates will typically to be held on the 1st Tuesday of the month, with the exception of February and March (see the 2026 Member Event calendar below). Seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis during Members Only Hours.

Member’s Only Tasting Events - What’s the perk?

Members will have access to exclusive Tasting Events curated by some of our favorite distributors showcasing some of their most interesting offerings on the Tuesday Members Only event dates. Tastings will have a prompt start time of 5/5:30pm, depending on Vendor availability, and will be programmed for approximately 1-1.5 hours. RSVPS will be required for Tuesday Tasting Events no later than 48 hours prior to event start. Tasting Events may be held at Elsie’s, or at The Gathering Space, depending on the level of participation from our Membership. (There may even be an off-site event...) Tasting Event entry for members is limited to a total of 2 guests (member plus one). No member events will be held in January or July.

Decanter Wall - What’s the perk?

Elsie’s Memberswill be given access to hold one slot in our decanter wall. Each participating member will be allowed to select one spirit for their initial bottle fillon the house, not to exceed $150. In order to comply with local regulations, Members will be charged a $6 “mixer fee” for each pour. Additional bottle fills will be charged to your House Account at cost. Rare bottle allocations cannot be guaranteed, any allocations received by Kounter may be distributed to Membership and be made available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.

The Sidecar - Members may be allowed to host a second decanter on our wall for an annual fee of $300. All Sidecar fills will be charged to your House Account at cost.

Discounted Purchases - What’s the perk?

Members will be given the following discounts during any visit:

  • 10% discount on food purchases at Kounter and Elsie’s

  • 15% discount on wine bottles

(Discounts do not apply to pre-order charcuterie boards or in-house alcohol purchases)

Bi-Annual Events - What’s the perk?

Members will be given an exclusive invitation to a “Chef Rob” style meal curated specifically for Elsie’s members (+1) to be held on a bi-annual basis - Sunday Supper and Thanksgiving Luncheon.

Private Events - What’s the perk?

Members will be given access to host one private event per year with no charge for the Facility (discount is applicable to Sunday-Thursday events only).  Food, Beverage, and Service fees will apply. A discounted facility fee will be given forany additional private events. Discounted facility fees are non-transferrable.

Members Only Facebook Page - What’s the perk?

A private Facebook page will be created for Elsie’s Members only to be used for communication with all members regarding event dates, any updates to policies, and for networking! We look forward to seeing our Membership connect with each other and share their favorite cocktail creations, snacks, feedback on events, etc.  An event will be created for each Member Event to be used for event reminders and RSVPs.

Membership Tiers - What’s the perk?

Elsie’s will offer three (3) tiers of memberships for 2026.

Membership year will be March 1, 2026 - February 28, 2027.

Silver Level - $2,500 annually

To include all Membership Perks, excluding the Private Event

Gold Level - $3,000 annually

To include all Membership Perks

Corporate Membership - $6,000 annually

To include all Membership Perks, with the following adjustments:

·    Monthly Tasting Events include entry for up to four (4) guests

·    Sunday Supper includes entry for up to six (6) guests

·    Thanksgiving Luncheon includes entry for up to six (6) guests

·    Private Events - Corporate Members can utilize one private event at Elsie’s annually, as well as one private event to be held in The Gathering Space annual, with no facility fee.

·    Early Hours for Meeting Space - Elsie’s may be used for private meetings between the hours of 2-4pm, with prior notice. Please note that cocktail service may not be available during these hours, and our staff will be in the space preparing for service.

·    Designated Lead Users - each Corporate Member may name up to three (3) specific executives who are authorized to use the membership.

·    House Accounts are required for all corporate memberships; up to three (3) credit cards may be held on file; the main account holder will be contacted directly for payment specifics prior to processing monthly House Account balances. Payments may be split up the three (3) ways.

·    A Limit of five (5) Corporate Membership will be offered per year.

·    Only one (1) Corporate Membership may be purchased per company.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Interested members may pay via credit card on the following screen with an additional 4% credit card processing fee. Payments made via cash or check can be coordinated directly with Alicia Fernandez - please email membership@kre8events.com to secure your membership. Checks may be written to Kre8 Kounter, LLC.
