We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Bartenders (Full-Time + Part-Time)

  • FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (Part-Time)

  • Experienced Line Cooks (PM)

  • Dishwashers (AM + PM)

Full-Time Bartender (Nights + Weekends!)

  • One (1) Part-Time position, 4-5 shifts per week

  • General knowledge of and ability to execute specialty cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers in an elevated, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multi-task – providing high quality service to all guests whether seated at the counter or at a table – all while exhibiting vast knowledge of our menus, preparing beverages for other guests, and maintaining a clean working environment.

  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends (and occasional day-time fill-in shift), and be a team player!

 

Front of House Manager (Part-Time)

  • As the FOH Manager for Kounter, you will be working closely beside our Management Team to maintain and uphold brand standards, perfect service, and product execution.

  • Supervision of daily FOH operations and FOH staff (Foodtenders, Bartenders, Hosts, Food Runners, all FOH Support Staff)

  • Constant guest interactions of the highest standard – assist Foodtenders with ANY AND ALL guest inquiries and issues, taking timely and appropriate action to resolve

  • Oversee Expo position, acting as the main line of communication between FOH and BOH

  • Ensure a proper FOH and BOH close according to company standards, while maintaining highest level of cleanliness

  • Assist with training and scheduling procedures; assist with managing reservation system; assist with managing POS system

  • Anticipated schedule of 20-30 hours per week; minimum 2 years previous management experience required within hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication skills required

Full-Time Evening Line Cooks (with focus on dinner execution and closing the kitchen)

  • CURRENTLY HIRING

    • One (1) Part-Time position with availability to work 4-5 shifts per week

  • Supervision of daily FOH operations and all FOH positions, reviewing end of shift procedures, end of day reporting, etc.

  • Constant guest interactions of the highest standard, assisting service team with service execution

  • Experience with Expo required; must be able to ensure established quality and plating of all items, managing the proper flow of all food service to the dining room

  • Assist with inventory & ordering processes, scheduling, manager meetings, staff training, etc.

 

 

Full-Time Day-Time + Evening Dishwasher

  • Maintain a clean work environment - washing dishes to proper sanitation methods

  • Ensure proper storage of all small wares, equipment, and plating

  • Complete daily deep cleaning tasks

  • Light facilities maintenance required - sweeping, mopping, cleaning of restrooms
