Our Philosophy

At Kounter and Elsie’s, we are proud to be part of the vibrant downtown Rock Hill community. We believe in the power of "Social Sanctuary" and strive to support local non-profits, arts organizations, and community initiatives that align with our values of creativity, hospitality, and local growth.

Submission Guidelines

To ensure we can review every request fairly, we have established the following criteria:

• Timeline: All requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event or the date the donation is needed.

• Geographic Focus: Priority is given to 501(c)(3) organizations operating within York County and the greater Charlotte metro area.

• Exclusions: We generally do not provide donations for political parties, religious proselytizing, or individual personal fundraisers.

• Form of Donation: Most approved requests are fulfilled in the form of Gift Cards or Chef’s Table Experiences. We do not provide cash sponsorships.

The Process

Our management team reviews requests once per month. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we are unable to accept requests via phone, social media DMs, or in-person during service hours. Please use the form below to submit your request.
